TERMS & CONDITIONS

By checking the box during checkout, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Wheels:

Production Time: (Warp9) Production times for all custom built Warp9 wheels can vary by many factors including the time of year they are ordered, the colors chosen, and the availability of parts. General turnaround time for custom wheels is roughly 2-4 weeks. However, in the busy season (spring and summer in the USA) that can be pushed back to roughly 6-8 weeks and—while not often—can even reach 10-12. We do everything we can to get your wheels as quickly as possible and if at any time we run into an issue or longer delay, we will reach out to you with options. Pre-built wheels do not require this production time and will ship within 2-3 business days. (Dubya/Excel) Most Dubya/Excel/Talon/Haan/Kite wheels take 2-4 weeks to be built and ready to ship. We will notify you by email if the production time is expected to exceed this length.

Shipping: Shipping time depends on the option chosen at checkout. The shipping time cannot "speed up" the production time, but it can decrease the wheels time in transit once they are built and ready to ship. ALL wheel orders require a signature for delivery! When you receive your tracking number plan ahead for the package’s arrival. The value of these items is too high to allow for them to be left on a front porch, they MUST be signed for. If you need to make other arrangements for the package such as change the delivery to another address, contact us or you can do so yourself by signing up for free at UPS My Choice.

Returns: Custom built wheels are built-to-order per your specifications. Due to the customized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the fitment or a mistake was made on our or the wheel manufacturers part, at which time we will work with you on a solution and/or potential return. If there is an issue with the build of the wheels (i.e. off-set, rotors, hub bearings/seals, tubeless sealant/tape, or any other parts that would be installed and built by the manufacturer) we will assist you in getting the wheel returned to the manufacturer for repair at no cost to you. We cannot accept returns for wheels that the manufacturer can adjust/fix/repair! If they can fix the issue but you decide you just don't want the wheels anymore a 20% restocking fee will be taken off your refund to cover costs. Returns for "change of mind" or any other reason may be accepted on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be your responsibility in these cases. All international sales are FINAL. No returns/cancellations on international shipments.

Cancellations: Cancellations on custom built wheel orders are accepted up 5 days after the order was placed. After 5 days, cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee to cover costs incurred.

Anodization: Anodizing is not a perfect science and the shade of color for wheels and wheel parts can vary (sometimes significantly) from one batch to the next. Colors mostly affected by this are blue, red, orange, gold, and green. Black and silver are consistent as are all powder coated colors. It is just anodized colors that can vary in shade. Due to this being a relatively common occurrence and “public knowledge” we cannot and do not guarantee any specific shade and do not accept returns for color variances. This is the policy of our manufacturers and since we have no control over the anodizing process, we too are held to these policies.

Furthermore, photos on our website are taken at various times and can be taken anywhere from days to years ago. Therefore, the color you receive may not be exactly as depicted in these photos since the anodizing for your wheels are likely to be done at the time of ordering. If in doubt, stick with consistent colors such as black or silver or just know your expectations need to be flexible when it comes to choosing anodized parts. That all said, we always want our customers to be happy with their new wheels so will try to work out a solution that is reasonable for all parties in the event of a color discrepancy. Warp9 Tubeless Information: Tires are required when selecting tubeless. This is because there have been instances of tubeless failure/leaking and, while it is a small percentage, it’s still a bummer! The only way for us to know if there is a potential leak is to install tires and check the wheels before shipping them. Warp9’s new policy—and therefore ours— is that all tubeless wheels must be ordered WITH tires, otherwise, the warranty on tubeless repairs is void. The idea is to catch any issues before shipping them and they arrive on your doorstep flat creating a headache for us all. It is a huge inconvenience to our customers to have to return new wheels and wait on repairs! So, with this new policy we hope to make adding tubeless options to your wheels a much smoother and simpler process. Can we still sell you a set of tubeless wheels without tires? Sure, but you assume all subsequent shipping costs if it fails. Warp9 will repair the leak itself at no charge, but the shipping (both ways) would be your responsibility. Contact us is you still want to order without tires or for further details.

International customers: If you purchase the tubeless option with or without tires and there are any issues with leaking you will need to run tubes in the wheels. The shipping costs are simply too high to return for repairs, etc. When purchasing tubeless wheels internationally you are assuming the risk of any failure. Making a spoked wheel tubeless is not always 100% so if an issue does arise you will need to purchase tubes and have them installed locally at your own cost. 

Parts & Accessories:

Most parts and accessories will ship out within 2-3 business days, although it can be longer during peak season (spring and summer in the USA) as the shipping department gets overloaded during this time. Please just bear with us. Many parts are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and we will upload the tracking as soon as we receive it. Supply fluctuates constantly on parts and inventory is not always accurate. If you purchase something that is out of stock we can backorder it or refund you. We will contact you via email with information if something is unavailable. 

Payments with PayPal Pay Later or Klarna (Installments or Credit Terms):

Payments made with PayPal Pay Later or Klarna Pay Later (Installments or credit terms) are handled directly by each company and we have no access to or control over your accounts with these financial institutions. If you have ANY questions about your payments made with either of these options, you must contact them directly! Privacy and Security policies do not allow us access to your accounts.
